Shipping policy

Please ensure your address is written in the correct format.

• Standard shipping does not have tracking, therefore I will have no way of notifying you where your order is after it's shipped. Please be on the lookout when you're expecting mail.
• If you choose tracked shipping, although expensive, you will be able to see where your order is.  Please be sure to contact me if your order is "stuck" and has not arrived at it's destination as shown in the tracking. Only orders lost with tracked shipping will be replaced/refunded.
• Refunds/replacements will not be issued if address is written incorrectly. All customers are responsible for writing the correct address.
